DIRECTIONS:

1) Apply glue using precision wand to wanted area

2) Wait 30 seconds until tacky

3) Apply product (lashes, glitter, eyeliner, rhinestone/pearl)

4) Remove by gently swirling oil based cleanser/remover on area 

5) DO NOT FREEZE
